Eligible appliances are refrigerators / freezers (up to 1 per applicant) and / or washing machines (up to 1 per applicant) and / or air conditioners (up to 3 per applicant). Beneficiaries of the Scheme are the vulnerable consumers of electricity, as they are defined in the  Κ.Δ.Π. 289/2015  In summary, vulnerable electricity consumers include the following: (a) the Beneficiaries of the Minimum Guaranteed Income, (b) Recipients of Public Aid from Social Welfare Services; (c) Recipients of Severe Physical Disability Allowance, (d) Recipients of the allowance to low-income retirees, provided that they have reached the age of seventy (70th) and do not live with another person who has not reached the age of seventy (70th); (e) Beneficiaries of Care Allowance for Paraplegic Persons, (f) Beneficiaries of Care Allowance for Quadriplegic Persons, (g) Recipients of the Sponsorship for the Blind, (h) A large family of five or five members receiving Child Allowance for three dependent children and above and with an annual gross family income of up to € 51,258. The income criterion of € 51,258 increases gradually by € 5,126 for each additional child over four.
